APRA Greater Houston Supports Fundraising Efforts of Non-Profits in the Greater Houston Area

Join Our Team and Help Support Houston Area Non-profits

Thank you for your interest in APRA - Greater Houston! Created as a way to connect our fellow non-profit professionals, our chapter provides members with educational and networking opportunities throughout the year.

Your membership in APRA - Greater Houston will expire December 31st. We hope you will consider rejoining before our next event: “Best Practices in Advancement Services” featuring Jon Thorsen, the Director of Advancement at The Nature Conservancy. This event will be held January 14, 2010 and we are pleased to announce that current members will attend at no charge.

The $35 membership fee for 2009 supported these events:

  • March 18, 2009 webinar - “Where is the Money Now?”
  • April 29, 2009 workshop - “Data Visualization: Leveraging Emerging Technologies to Work Smarter in Tough Times”
  • June 12, 2009 workshop - “In Your Own Backyard – Leveraging the Resources at Hand”
  • November 13, 2009 - business meeting and social at Terlingua Border CafÉ

We hope you will consider renewing your membership today. Your support is vital to our mission of promoting and supporting the profession, and providing quality educational and networking opportunities throughout the year. Your membership term ends December 31, 2009.
