Understanding Executive Expectations

Lynne provides consulting to non-profits concerning organizational challenges, change management, and fundraising best practices. She has served as Kintera’s Vice President and General Manager of the health and social services sector including foundations, social agencies, and international organizations. Lynne also worked with the American Red Cross as its Director of Development Systems for the organization’s fundraising division, playing an instrumental role in a 2.5 million record conversion. She was a member of the consulting firm of Bentz Whaley Flessner where she assisted organizations to prepare for major fundraising campaigns or reorganize for optimal efficiencies. As the Assistant Vice President for Advancement Services at the University of Washington, she supported their 2 billion dollar campaign. Lynne has a BA from Hood College, an MEd from Loyola University in Chicago, and an MBA from the University of Hawaii. Lynne is the recipient of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Crystal Apple Award.
